Who are we?
The members of the Irish Biblical Association are engaged professionally with and/or take a personal interest in the Jewish and Christian Scriptures. The Association arranges at least three meetings a year, two in Dublin (usually but not always) and one in Belfast. The IBA also hosts an Annual Conference which includes talks by international scholars and our Annual General Meeting. The IBA is a non-denominational body.

Publications
The IBA publishes an annual periodical (The Proceedings of the Irish Biblical Association, abbreviated as PIBA). The Publications Committee of the Association is actively engaged in the publication of early Irish commentaries and apocrypha.
